Periodic pulse reverse plating (PPRP) technology is widely used in high aspect ratio boards to effectively mediate the so-called “dog bone effect.”
DENORA DT insoluble anode provides uniform current distribution in metal deposition by quickly responding to pulse reverse current, with a synchronous waveform and reliable lifetime.
Today, De Nora insoluble anodes have been widely and successfully implemented on sites producing complex and thick boards with very high aspect ratios up to 1:40 for AI servers, and the telecom, aerospace, and automotive industries.
