De Nora certified as Best Workplaces™ Italy 2024 for Blue Collar workers

Milan, October 16, 2024Industrie De Nora, a leading Italian multinational in electrochemistry and sustainable technologies, as well as a key player in the emerging green hydrogen industry, has received special recognition in the “Best Workplaces™ for Blue Collar 2024” ranking compiled by Great Place to Work, an external and independent audit company. The company stood out among 15 Italian companies for the quality of the working environment it offers its technicians and workers.

The “Best Workplaces™ for Blue Collar 2024” ranking celebrates workplace excellence from the perspective of workers, based on the opinions of over 10,000 employees from 50 companies in the manufacturing sector and evaluating key aspects such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and cohesion. De Nora, which has always defined itself as a “proud industrial company,” ranked among the top 15 Italian companies thanks to a Trust Index© of 73%, which reflects the quality of the corporate climate and the level of satisfaction of blue-collar workers, marking a 3% increase over the previous year.

This recognition highlights the company's commitment to valuing every operational level and creating an environment based on trust, inclusion, and professional development, with a widespread and “democratic” approach to cultivating and recognizing talent.
