Industrie De Nora S.p.A., with its registered office at Via Bistolfi 35, Milan, together with its subsidiaries listed at the bottom of this page, acting as Data Controllers, hereby informs you that Regulation EU 2016/679 provides for the protection of natural persons with respect to the personal data processing. According to the legislation indicated, this processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of the confidentiality and rights of the data subjects.

A) The relevant Data Controller collects and processes data provided by you through this form in order to contact you to respond to your request about sales, services&aftermarket support, R&D/academia, investor information, ESG/sustainability, other.
The processing of data will take place both with manual tools and with the use of dedicated software and will be carried out by personnel of the Data Controller specially appointed or by our Data Processors, whose complete list is available at the Controller's headquarters.
Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is strictly necessary for the provision of the service required.
Your data will not be disclosed. They may be communicated by the refelevant Data Controller exclusively to parties providing functional services for the above purposes as well as processing data in execution of specific legal obligations. In order to comply with your request, some personal information may be shared with Group companies operating in non-EU countries.

B) On the basis of an express consent, which is free, optional and always revocable, the Data Controllers listed at the beginning of this privacy notice - in addition - can process your data to carry out promotional communications, market research and surveys for the detection of customer satisfaction by e-mail, sms and traditional mail. Your consent is optional.
For the purposes of contact indicated in this paragraph, the data will be stored for a period of time proportionate to the purpose and in any case not exceeding the achievement of these purposes.
In accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation EU 679/2016, you have the right to be informed, at any time, on the types of data we hold and how they are used. You have also the right to request the updating, integration, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing concerning your data and to object to processing in whole or in part, also in relation to only one of above purposes or procedures, by writing to the following address industriedenora@denora.com.

In order to exercise the rights listed above, the data subject may also apply to the DPO, using the e-mail account dpo@denora.com.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you can apply to the relevant supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, without prejudice to the possibility of directly applying to the judicial authority.
