Capital Controls® and OXICORE™ generators produce high-purity chlorine dioxide for municipal water treatment and industrial facilities that need reliable oxidation and water disinfection.

Chlorine dioxide supports iron and manganese removal, helps control biofilm and algae, and is ideal for surface water pre-oxidation without the formation of TTHM or HAA byproducts.

All Capital Controls® and OXICORE™ systems generate chlorine dioxide on demand by metering precursor chemicals into a compact reaction chamber. The resulting solution is immediately diluted into water and delivered to the injection point for fast, consistent disinfection. This in-line process reduces disinfection byproducts and removes the need to store chlorine dioxide on site.

In OXICORE™ systems, the reaction occurs either underwater or under vacuum, keeping chlorine dioxide formation fully contained within the water stream. This enhances safety, supports stable production and delivers reliable performance across a wide range of municipal and industrial applications.
