Milano, 2 Aprile 2024 – In relazione al programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, comunicato al mercato in data 8 novembre 2023 e avviato in data 9 novembre 2023, Industrie De Nora S.p.A. (“Industrie De Nora” o la “Società”), sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall’intermediario incaricato Goldman Sachs International, comunica di aver acquistato, nel periodo compreso tra il 25 e il 28 marzo 2024, n. 169.345 azioni ordinarie di Industrie De Nora (pari allo 0,084% del capitale sociale), al prezzo medio ponderato di euro 13,2394 per un controvalore complessivo pari a euro 2.242.021.
