The Group continues to make progress in the area of gender equality: two out of three companies’ scores increased, and all exceeded 70%
Milan, 2nd November 2026 – De Nora, an Italian multinational listed on Euronext Milan, specialized in electrochemistry, water treatment systems and sustainable solutions, announces that, for the third consecutive year, the three main Italian companies - Industrie De Nora (IDN), De Nora Italy (DNIT), and De Nora Water Technologies Italy (DNWT IT) - have been certified under the UNI/PdR 125 standard for gender equality.
The results of the 2026 assessment show an improvement in scores for two of the three companies. Industrie De Nora achieved a score of 71, up 9 percentage points from 62 in 2025, while De Nora Water Technologies Italy scored 75, an increase of 10 points from 65 the previous year. De Nora Italy scored 75, down from 78 in 2025, but still well above the minimum threshold required for certification, set at 60 points.
For the first time, all three companies have scored above 70 points, confirming the progress they have made in promoting gender equality.

The UNI/PdR 125 certification is based on the evaluation of specific indicators related to six areas: culture and strategy, governance, human resources management processes, opportunities for growth within the company, pay equity, and parental leave protections. It is valid for three years and is subject to annual audits to ensure that requirements are being met and that practices are continuously improved.
