Balancing Anodes

Installing De Nora DSA^® insoluble anodes in conjunction with existing soluble anode baskets can be a cost-effective method to control metal-ion balance in the plating bath. DSA^® anodes provide an effective alternative in cost to dummy plating or decanting bath solutions to maintain the desired plating metal ion concentration.  

As the concentration of metal ions increase, plating quality can diminish, affecting production operations.  Dummy plating or bath decanting incur additional costs associated with lost production or supplementary waste treatment operations.
