Milan, 14th October 2026 – De Nora, an Italian multinational listed on Euronext Milan, specialized in electrochemistry, water treatment systems and sustainable solutions, has achieved the Great Place to Work® certification for 2026 in six of the ten countries where it operates: the United States, China, India, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and Italy, where the certification has been confirmed for the fourth consecutive year.

This result reflects the Group’s ongoing commitment to valuing its human capital and fostering a work environment built on trust, inclusion and people’s well-being, which are central to its sustainable development strategy.

In Italy, this recognition is joined by De Nora’s inclusion in the Best Workplaces™ for Blue Collar 2026 ranking, compiled by Great Place to Work® Italia and dedicated to organizations that stand out for the quality of the work experience of people employed in operational and production roles.

This ranking confirms a result already achieved two years ago and further highlights the Group’s focus on the quality of the working environment across all its organizational realities, from offices to plants.

The certification is based on the results of the survey conducted in September 2026, now in its second global edition following its extension in 2025 to all Group locations. The survey involved employees in ten countries, from Brazil to Japan, with an overall participation rate of 90%, up from 88% in 2025. In six countries, participation exceeded 90%, in some cases approaching 100%.

The high participation rate, achieved in an individual and anonymous survey, ensures that the results are highly representative, capturing the perceptions and experiences of the vast majority of the Group’s more than 2,200 employees worldwide.

The survey reveals a positive work climate, characterized by fairness of treatment, safety, trust in leadership and opportunities for professional growth. In particular, nearly nine out of ten employees consider their work environment safe, while nearly eight out of ten express trust in the top management. Around three in four also recognize a real opportunity to experiment and contribute to innovation processes within their own professional activity.

Other highly appreciated aspects include people’s autonomy and empowerment, organizational flexibility supporting work-life balance, and structured welcome and onboarding programs for new hires. These elements reflect a human resources management model geared toward participation, skills development and the creation of conditions conducive to individual and collective growth.

For De Nora, Great Place to Work® represents not only recognition of a multi-year journey within the Group’s People Strategy, but also a tool for listening and continuous improvement. The survey complements WeDN, the internal survey on workplace climate, helping to consolidate a structured system for identifying people’s needs and expectations.

The results of these surveys form the basis for defining concrete action plans, whose implementation is monitored and reviewed every six months, with the aim of translating the feedback collected into measurable and lasting improvement initiatives.

This approach is consistent with De Nora’s vision of sustainability, which integrates the development of innovative technologies and solutions with the empowerment of people, recognizing their decisive role in the Group’s competitiveness, innovation capacity and long-term growth. “At De Nora, people are the foundation of our strategy. The confirmation of our Great Place to Work® certification and the broad participation in the global survey demonstrate the value of a path built on listening, trust and the enhancement of skills. Our commitment is to turn these principles into concrete actions, in all countries and in all parts of the Group, from offices to plants. Because investing in people’s well-being and growth means strengthening our ability to innovate, create value and build a sustainable future,” said Graziano Marcuccio, Chief Officer People Organization Social Communication & Happiness at De Nora.
