Christian Urgeghe

Christian Urgeghe received his master’s degree in Chemistry in 2001 at the University of Ferrara with an experimental thesis on Photochemical Electron Transfer. In 2006, he received his Ph. D. in Physical Chemistry-Electricochemistry at the same university.

He joined De Nora in 2005 as a researcher, was appointed as Production Technologies Director in 2013, and was named Chief Technology Officer of Industrie De Nora S.p.A. in 2019.

Before joining the Group, he was a visiting student and research assistant at Montell Polyolefins Italia S.p.A., Henkel S.p.A., the Max Planck Institute für Kohlenforschung (Coal Research), Mülheim an der Ruhr (DE), and Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts (USA).
