Paola Spoldi

Paola Spoldi graduated in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milan in 1993. Enrolled in the Chartered Accountants of Milan and in the Register of Accounting Auditors. After a brief work experience for an important Italian company in New York, she started working first for primary fiscal and tax experts companies and then founded his own firm in 1999. Currently, in addition to the activity of corporate and commercial law and tax consulting, it covers the roles of director, administrator, and auditor in several companies.

She collaborates with the University of Milan Bicocca, and she is a member of the Auditing Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee at ODCEC in Milan, whose activity is the study and analysis of new measures to produce opinions and guidelines addressed to colleagues and in general to all interested professionals.
