Simona Antonini

Simona Antonini graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1997. After a few years of working in a corporate consulting firm, managing legal affairs, supporting clients in participating in tenders, and obtaining ISO quality certifications, Simona joined Norfin S.p.A. in 2001.

Since 2003, she has been the Company Secretary for all Italian companies of the De Nora Group, providing support to the various internal committees and working with Boards of Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Supervisory bodies, Notaries, and other external consultants. She is a member of the “Italian Association of Board Secretaries and for Corporate Governance.”

In 2005, she began working on the Foundation, and since 2018, the Executive Committee of the Foundation has appointed her general Secretary, and in 2019, the Board of Directors appointed her Secretary.

From 2013 to 2022, she also served as an internal member of the Supervisory Board of the company Industrie De Nora S.p.A., pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, and from 2015 to 2022, she was a member of the “Association of Members of Supervisory Boards pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.”
