Luca Passa

Luca Passa was born in Rome in 1973 and he has been CFO at Snam since January 2023. Since June 2024 he has also been Officer responsible for the preparation of financial reports. From 2018 to 2022, he worked in Madrid at Endesa (Enel Group) as CFI and Head of Administration, Finance and Control for Iberia. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, he was the Head of Group Investor Relations at Enel. Luca has an extensive international financial background; he started his career in London in 1998 at Cantor Fitzgerard and moved later to Lehman Brothers as Senior Associate. He then joined Morgan Stanley as Managing Director where from 2003 to 2014 he covered positions with increased responsibilities between London and Milan. In 2014 Luca landed at Fincantieri as Vice President, Head of Investor Relations and Special Projects with a focus on M&A projects overseas to contribute and support the company’s listing. Luca achieved a University Degree in Business Administration at Luigi Bocconi University in 1997, followed by an Executive Education Programme at INSEAD, in Paris in 2014.
