Beatrice Bompieri

Born in Volta Mantovana (MN) in 1968. Graduated in Economics and Business at the Università Cattolica S. Cuore in Milan, she practices the profession of chartered accountant and auditor, and she is co-founder of Studio Caputi Bompieri, located in Milan. She deals with corporate consulting also in the field of business crisis and insolvency (with judicial appointments as judicial commissioner and receiver). She also performs technical consultancies as Technical Consultant of the Judge at the Court of Milan. Interested in governance matters, she is, among other things, an Alumna of In The Boardroom – an annual training program organized by Valore D and GE Capital for women members of Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of listed companies. Beatrice held and still holds the statutory auditor and auditor position in companies listed and controlled by listed companies; in particular, she is a standing, statutory auditor in Aquafil SpA, a company listed in the Star segment.
