Marcello Del Prete

Born in Martina Franca (TA) on September 17 1965, he graduated from the University of Bari, Faculty of Economics and Business. He had a four-year corporate experience in the Heinz/Plasmon group in the Administration, Finance, and Control areas. Since 1991, he has been a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is currently a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan. He is registered with the Register of Auditors and is a Professional Financial Consultant. He has held and still holds auditing positions in numerous joint-stock companies. He deals with tax law, extraordinary transactions, group organization, technical consultancy, arbitration, and judicial liquidation.
