Whistleblowing

De Nora provides employees, collaborators, suppliers, and, in general, third parties connected to Industrie De Nora S.p.A and its subsidiaries the opportunity to report actual or potential breaches, in a work-related context of the Code of Ethics, internal policies, laws, and regulations, based on precise and consistent facts of which the reporting person has become aware.
De Nora undertakes to protect against any kind of harassment, retaliation, or discrimination against those who have made a report in good faith.

In order to guarantee broad and indiscriminate access to all those who wish to make a report a number of alternative channels are made available, specifically:

• a Whistleblowing platform accessible by all Whistleblowers by clicking on the link below ("submit a report here"). The system allows the submission of reports through a guided online questionnaire without the obligation to register or declare personal details;
