At De Nora, sustainability is integrated into the way we design, develop, and continuously improve our technologies. Our Sustainability Product Scorecards provide a structured and data-driven framework to assess the environmental performance of our products throughout their lifecycle.

Developed as part of the Green Innovation pillar of our ESG strategy, the scorecards combine Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies with circularity and resource-efficiency indicators to offer a clear and quantified view of a product's sustainability profile. They help us identify opportunities for improvement, support more informed design decisions, and strengthen the environmental value delivered to our customers.

A framework for continuous improvement

The Sustainability Product Scorecards evaluate key dimensions that contribute to environmental performance, including:

Climate impact across the product lifecycle
Resource and material efficiency
Circularity potential
Responsible use of critical raw materials
Product improvement and innovation

By translating complex environmental data into actionable insights, the scorecards support our teams in developing technologies that are increasingly efficient, and aligned with our sustainability commitments.

Explore the scored technologies

We began developing our scorecards in 2024 for selected technologies across our portfolio.

Each scorecard provides a standardized overview of the product's sustainability performance, helping stakeholders better understand key environmental aspects and the actions taken to drive continuous improvement.
