Paolo Dellachà

Paolo Dellachà holds a master’s degree in Electronic & Management Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic before joining the Group in June 2009 as General Manager. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in December 2010 and since then has led the Group in its organic expansion and evolution, as well as overseeing significant transactions, such as establishing a joint venture with thyssenkrupp, “thyssenkrupp nucera” (currently serving as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, having previously chaired from 2018 to 2021 as Chairman of the Shareholders Board) and acquiring multiple companies in both Electrode Technologies and Water Technologies businesses. In 2017, he led the entry of the private equity fund Blackstone as a minority shareholder in De Nora, followed by their exit and the subsequent entry of Snam, an Italian gas infrastructure company focused on energy transition, also as a minority shareholder in 2021. In 2022, he led the IPO of De Nora at Euronext Milan – Tech Leaders – and in 2023, he was part of the IPO project of thyssenkrupp nucera. Before his tenure with the Group, he served (last position) as General Manager of Sympak Group (today part of IMA), specializing in processing & packaging technologies for the food industry, for nine years. His earlier experience includes various roles at Romaco Group, a company specializing in processing & packaging technologies for the pharmaceutical industry, culminating in his appointment as General Manager of Romaco Unipac S.p.A.
