Guido Sazbon

Guido Sazbon has been a member of the Milan Association of Certified Accountants and a registered independent auditor since 1995. He joined Spada Partners (formerly Studio Spadacini) in 2001 after working with several international network firms. He became a partner in 2003. His specialist areas are M&A, the restructuring of national and international Groups and due diligence activities mainly in connection with private equity funds. He also provides tax advisory services at national and international level. He holds statutory auditor positions in several national and international organizations, specifically in the IT, pharmaceutical and luxury sectors.
