At De Nora, we are dedicated to safeguarding the rights of every individual, fostering an environment that prioritizes well-being.
For this reason, our commitment has been formalized in a policy that establishes a single framework for respecting human rights principles throughout the Group and for its stakeholders.
The new human rights policy is another step forward after the adoption of the Anti-corruption policy and the publication of the updated Code of Ethics and Whistleblowing policy in November 2023.
