Industrie De Nora S.p.A., with a registered office in Milano via Bistolfi 35, as Data Controller, hereby informs you that the privacy regulation (Legislative Decree 196/03, Regulation EU 2016/679, Legislative Decree 101/18) provides for the protection of natural persons with respect to the processing of personal data. Processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of confidentiality of data subjects.

Personal data freely provided to Industrie De Nora S.p.A., with a registered office in Milan, via Bistolfi 35 – Data Controller – will be processed even electronically, by sending e-mails, communications relating to Industrie Denora’s press releases, Investor Relations events and information on corporate initiatives.

Industrie De Nora SpA has a Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) in accordance with Article 37 of the GDPR, who may be contacted via e-mail at: dpo@denora.com.

Data processing will be carried out with manual instruments and with the use of dedicated software. It will be performed by parties properly designated by the Data Controller – Data Processors and persons in charge of the processing - whose full list is available at the registered office of Industrie De Nora S.p.A..

Data provided will not be disseminated but may be disclosed to third parties that require them, by virtue of specific contractual provisions; to consultants or professionals that provide services necessary for the above purposes; to persons processing data in execution of specific legal obligations.

Data will be retained consistently with applicable rules, for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In compliance with Article 15 et seq. of Regulation EU 679/2016, you have the right to know, at any time, what data we have and how this is used. You also have the right to update, supplement, amend, or cancel them, to block them, or to oppose their processing wholly or partly, even in relation to one only purpose or procedure listed above, by writing to the following e-mail dpo@denora.com. In relation to the right to ask the company to stop sending information, each communication will include a dedicated option that will enable the recipient to unsubscribe from the list easily by means of the aforementioned contact details.

In case of failed or partial feedback to said requests, you will be entitled to lodge a complaint or a remedy with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority.
