Milan, December 12, 2024 – Industrie De Nora, an Italian multinational company specializing in electrochemistry and a leader in sustainable technologies and the emerging green hydrogen industry, celebrated the conclusion of the Italian edition of the InCLUDe project – Inclusive and Cohesive Leaders Unlock De Nora – at PizzAut Onlus, an organization renowned for its mission of social and workplace integration.
InCLUDe is a global training program focused on inclusive leadership, designed to instill a culture of active listening, inclusion, continuous feedback, and care for oneself, colleagues, and collaborators at all levels of the organization.
InCLUDe is a flagship initiative of De Nora’s People Strategy 2024–2026, the strategic plan aimed at enhancing individual talents and maximizing the potential of every team member.
The recently concluded Italian edition of the program has already involved 100% of the company's Italian directors and managers (more than 80 participants). Over the next two years, the program will expand to train more than 300 directors and managers at De Nora’s locations worldwide, with content tailored to the specific cultures and needs of each country.
Graziano Marcuccio, Chief Officer of People, Organization, Social Communication, and Happiness at De Nora, highlighted the strong commitment of the company’s leadership: “The presence of our CEO, not as a speaker but as a participant alongside all of us, underscores the unwavering consistency in the evolution of our corporate culture.
